SP786 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the player) and SP786 (the platform, referred to as "SP786", "we", "us" or "the platform" throughout this document). Access to and use of sp786.win and all associated services is conditional on your full acceptance of these terms.

Using the platform in any way — browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, playing a live casino table or claiming a bonus — constitutes your acceptance. These terms apply alongside SP786's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference.

SP786 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. SP786 may request age verification documents at any point and will restrict or close accounts where age requirements are not satisfied.

The following categories of users are not permitted to hold an SP786 account:

• Persons who have previously had an SP786 account closed due to a terms violation

Each player may hold only one SP786 account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. All deposits on SP786 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and cards. Deposit processing times vary by method — mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant, while bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the originating bank.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing with someone else's account, card or mobile wallet is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension and funds being held for investigation.

Withdrawals from SP786 are paid back to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. PKR withdrawals are processed to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank accounts. SP786 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used in the deposit history.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass KYC verification. This is a one-time requirement. Verified accounts enjoy faster processing on subsequent withdrawals. Processing times for verified accounts are typically within the same business day for mobile wallet withdrawals.

SP786 may delay or suspend a withdrawal if there is a legitimate concern about account security, incomplete verification, suspected fraud or an unresolved terms dispute. In such cases, SP786 support will contact the account holder through the registered contact details.

SP786 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and sports betting promos. Each promotion has specific terms including eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, maximum bet size during wagering and expiry timeframes. Key general rules that apply to all SP786 bonuses:

• One account per household, IP address and device for bonus eligibility
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• SP786 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any active promotion if abuse or manipulation is suspected
• Using bonus funds on excluded games (typically low-margin games) does not contribute toward wagering requirements

Sports bets on SP786 — including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football and esports — are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body. In the case of cricket, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or ICC official result is used. In the event of an abandoned match or no official result being declared, SP786's sports betting rules covering that event type apply.

Once a bet is confirmed on SP786, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In-play bets are subject to the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Network delays on the player's side do not affect the confirmed odds. SP786 is not liable for bets not placed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

• Maximum and minimum bet amounts are displayed per market on the betting interface
• SP786 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error occurred
• Winnings from multi-bet accumulators are subject to the same terms as single bets for verification purposes
• Bets placed after an event has started but before in-play markets are active may be voided at SP786's discretion

SP786 expects players to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. Actions that constitute misconduct include, but are not limited to: attempting to exploit game software errors, using automated bots or scripts to place bets or spin games, colluding with other players, using fraudulent payment methods and attempting to manipulate game outcomes through external software.

Any detected misconduct will result in immediate account suspension. All transactions associated with the account will be reviewed and SP786 reserves the right to forfeit balances accumulated through misconduct. Identified fraud may be reported to relevant authorities.

SP786 supports responsible gaming. The platform offers tools to help you keep your gaming activity within the limits you set for yourself. These include deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options accessible from your account settings. Players who feel their gaming is becoming difficult to manage are encouraged to use these tools proactively rather than waiting until a problem develops.

Self-exclusion removes your ability to access the SP786 platform for a minimum period you set. During a self-exclusion period, SP786 will not market to the excluded account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a violation of these terms.

SP786 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is evidence of a terms violation, suspected fraud, age verification failure or conduct that places other players, the platform or its partners at risk. In such cases, SP786 will communicate the reason for closure to the account holder where it is safe and legally permissible to do so.

Players may also close their own SP786 account at any time by contacting support. On account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

• Accounts closed due to self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the exclusion period
• Accounts closed due to fraud or manipulation are permanently closed with no balance return
• Accounts closed at the player's voluntary request can be reopened after a cooling-off period on request

SP786 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to keep the platform accessible and games functioning correctly, SP786 does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond SP786's control may cause temporary disruptions.

SP786 is not liable for losses arising from: technical failures outside our direct control, incorrect information provided by the player, a player's own connectivity issues, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers. Game outcomes generated by certified RNG systems are final and SP786 does not accept liability for outcomes that a player considers unfavourable.

SP786 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes may be made to reflect new features, payment methods, game types, regulatory requirements or operational adjustments. When significant changes are made, SP786 will notify active players through the email address or contact number registered to their account and by displaying a notice on the platform.

If you continue using SP786 after updated terms are published, you are considered to have accepted the updated version. If you disagree with any updated terms, your option is to close your account and withdraw your balance before the updated terms take effect.
